Co-owning a successful six-figure PR business didn't protect me from debilitating burnout that felt like a crash-and-burn threat to my relationships, reputation, and well-being.


Today as a fitness business owner, comprehensively trained Pilates instructor, and life coach, I teach and share the skills I used to write my own playbook and recover my mind, body, and spirit. This included navigating chronic, nagging injuries and beginning to heal my body; untangling perfectionism and people-pleasing habits that threatened my personal and professional life; and creating an intentional, healthier relationship with food -- something that had been on and "off the rails" since my teens.


I learned that doing what's right, right now is different for every body -- and at the same time, it's always the "right time" to feel better by listening and responding to our body.
